What is Minecraft?

Minecraft is a sandbox developed and published by Mojang. Before Minecraft, the founder of Mojang, Notch, was working on a game called RubyDung. Not much is known about that game except for the fact that the textures used for the terrain in that game were what was turned into the cobblestone and grass texture for Minecraft. RubyDung was in development for about a month in early 2009 until Notch decided to pivot his focus points onto what would then be known as Minecraft.

Minecraft versions (not updates) are split into Pre-Classic, Classic, Indev, Infdev, Alpha, Beta, and the offical release for Java edition. Pre

How Did I Get Into The Game?

Like a lot of people, I got into the game around it's release on the PS3 and Xbox 360 i wanna say around ~2014. I started playing the game on PS3 and have played it on nearly every console imagineable LOLS. After the ps3 era, logically i moved onto the ps4 version of the game, but this is only talking about home console version no handheld version and boy, did i play minecraft PE an exorbenant amount as a chlid. i remember downloading MCPE on a very old very and very square android tablet, future averie insert images of old mcpe o showcase the magic. i loved playing MCPE on my very beat up and dingy tablet and i had made so many creative ideas and things of the sort. i still very vividily remember just in my mind a world i had where i had made some sort of water slide and this cool house (well cool to 8 year old me) and i really remember the nether reactor core building or whatever it was called. i loved that world specifically so much that when my tablet had become practically unuseable from some sort of damage it suffered i was devastated that i cuoldnt play that world again. flashing forward a bit in time still on the topic of MCPE my dad had gotten an iPad and he let me play games on it and then one day, i dont think it was a special occasion i probably just annoyed him enough, my parents were like "Yes, you can have the paid version of Minecraft" 9 year old me was ecstatic. now i know in todays day and age purchasing minecraft on the appstore is like nothing, its no big deal, but even though it was like early 2010s there were still people that were, i dont think wary so to say, more so they were like non understanding? of online purchases that dont really result in a physical tangible thing in return. bad analogy i know but honestly even up till about covid times i was also against the idea of purchasing what is practically an exe file

Rating Every Way I've Played Minecraft

Java, Bedrock, PE, Ps3, Ps4, Xbox 360, Education, Windows 10 Beta, 3Ds, Pi, Vita, and Wii U are all the different types of Minecraft that i've played, I would love to one day play the remaining editions that i havent played like the TV releases and the China exclusive release.
